I can't imagine Gyro Man going much faster unless there's some other weapon that works on him that I didn't try. MEGA is an integrated tool for conducting automatic and manual sequence alignment, inferring phylogenetic trees, mining web-based databases, estimating rates of molecular evolution, and testing evolutionary hypotheses. The most improveable section of this run is definetly Magnet Man (or maybe Gyro Man). All three Wily forms go very well though I take an unwanted hit during the second form. Wily: Normally, the Dust Crusher explodes into four pieces on contact, but I purposely take damage to go inside of Wily so that it doesn't, allowing me to shoot much faster. When YD returns, I waste him with the Plant Barrier while he stands there and takes it.ĭr. I use up my Gyro Attacks against the Mini Devil's because it's just easier to hit them than it is to hit the big YD. Yellow Devil: I take out YD's first from pretty quickly. This is definetly not the worst fight I had against him, but it could've gone better. Sadly, he used his Magnet Field twice wasting some time. I try to play it safe, but I still get hit a few times and make some very bad shots. Magnet Man seems to have a very simple pattern, but he can mess you up by jumping across the screen, plowing into you if you're in the air. Too many of my runs have been ruined because of him, and this fight was almost no different. I miss with my final Plant Barrier, but I'm able to take him out using the Gyro Attack. I don't think it's possible to defeat Plant Man without him using Plant Barrier at least three times.ĭust Man: Thankfully, Dust Man refrains from using his sucking attack, which makes him invincible. The editor uses assets from Mega Man 1 through 6, which includes 46 enemies, 29 level objects, 12 bosses, 24 special weapons, 40 backgrounds, 129 tilesets, 63 music tracks 'and more,' so there’s. I manage to damage Plant man a lot before his second Plant Barrier. Plant Man: Other than missing the very first Gyro Attack, this fight goes very well. The only real problem was that I got hit by Gyro Man's incredibly obvious tackle attack. Gyro Man: While Napalm Bomb is Gyro Man's weakness, the explosion does much more damage than the actual bomb, so for speedrunning purposes I had to mix the Proto Buster and Napalm Bomb to get a good time. I get hit, so I lose maybe half a second. Unfortunately, using the Gemini Laser, he's just too easy. Usually, he can prove to be quite a tough opponent. Napalm Man: Definetly the coolest Robot Master from Mega Man V. Gemini Man is invincible while he splits into two and fires, so if you wondered why I just stood there, now you know. Thanks Capcom, for some lovely programming. Something I noticed while playing this game is that shots will go through your opponent if you get too close to them.

This run is for the Mega Man 3-6 Lineup and, for some reason, all of the robot masters have a lot of invincibility time while performing their attacks. Available in three versions: low quality, normal quality, and 60fps high quality. Speed run of Mega Man: The Power Battle (originally an Arcade game, included as part of Mega Man Anniversary Collection), Mega Man 3-6 stages done on September 3 2005.
